Welcome to AMM Soundz. By accessing or using our website, audio workstations, sound libraries, and studio engineering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Commercial Sound & Stem Licensing

All sound packs, one-shots, loops, synth presets, and multitrack stems purchased or downloaded from AMM Soundz are licensed to you on a 100% royalty-free commercial basis.

• You are permitted to use our sounds in your commercial musical releases, film scores, video games, broadcast media, and streaming productions.
• You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or repackage individual samples, wavetables, or preset banks as standalone sample packs or digital libraries.
• Mastering and custom engineering deliveries are fully owned by the client upon completion of studio settlement.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected (such as email addresses for studio newsletters or producer accounts) is strictly used for order fulfillment, account authentication, and communication regarding studio services. We do not sell or trade your data to third-party advertisers.

4. Studio Engineering Deliveries & Revisions

Mastering and mixing services include up to two complimentary revision cycles to ensure balance, loudness calibration (-14 LUFS to -9 LUFS targets), and compliance with Apple Digital Masters streaming specifications.
